Transaction Coordination Services for Agents

Life as a Real Estate Agent is filled with many challenges, but I am here to organize your work life. Together, we will grow your business where you can focus on your clients and growing your sphere, and I handle all the rest.

What do I mean by “the rest”? We both know real estate transactions involve many steps with many different people, so here is what I will take off your plate:

  • Preparation of Listing or Buyer Paperwork, including

    • Representation agreements

    • Purchase or Listing agreements, with any and all addendums

    • Sending Document packages out for signature

    • Emailing all necessary personnel including other agents, settlement companies, attorneys loan officers, brokers, and any other involved parties.

    • Transaction Manager will NOT handle any Seller Repair Requests or Repair Quotes, that will be the responsibility of the agent.

  • Communications with agent’s clients to coordinate all requirements to meet deadlines promptly. 

  • Creation of social media posts, including JUST SOLD, JUST LISTED, OFFER ACCEPTED, RATIFIED, and any others with permission of the necessary party to use listing pictures for socials. (Transaction Manager will not post social media on the agent’s behalf.)

  • Order any necessary documentation and set appointments on the agent’s behalf, including ordering CIC/POA/Condo Resale Documents,  listing pictures, cleaning appointments, home inspections, WDI inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs. (Transaction Manager will not set any buyer showing appointments through Showingtime on behalf of the agent. )

  • Calendar invitations, reminders, and anniversary events will be created for major deadlines in the transaction, including EMD due dates, Home Inspection dates, PICRA due dates, appraisal dates, closing dates, and anniversary dates every year for future reference. 

  • “Ratified Contract” email including all parties involved in the transaction will be sent out when the ratified contract is in possession. 

  • “Next Steps” emails will be sent out for every transaction and listing to the agent and their clients outlining the next steps of the process, what to expect, and their dates to be aware of. Clients will have access to the agent and Transaction Manager at all times for any questions.
